Joey Donner, bully and villain from 10 Things.
Joey Donner is one of the antagonists of the 1999 film 10 Things I Hate About You. He is a bully and a jock who tries to impress Bianca to date him, with little to no luck. Unlike Cameron James who actually has legitimate interest in Bianca herself, Joey is only seeking to take advantage of Bianca sexually, the same way he did so to her sister Katarina years earlier.
He was played by Andrew Keegan.
